RYA Level 3

The objectives of this programme are to offer skills development programmes and broader sailing experiences at different venues in more challenging boats and to bridge the gap between Level 2 and the 5 Advanced Modules.

There is a lot of flexibility to tailor the programme to your needs but it would include most of the following modules:

• Consolidation of Level 1 & 2 skills
• Introduction to sailing with Spinnakers
• 5 Essentials sailing (better transitions, go faster on all points of sail)
• Fast boats (including Trapezing, using Telltales)
• Racing techniques and tactics (practical)
• Faster sailing without the Rudder
