The Harbour Challenge Bushcraft Canoe Trail is a brand new concept in merging the traditional bushcraft skills with the added adventure of paddling around the beautiful Poole Harbour and the lower reaches of the River Frome and Piddle.

Your trail will include a first days canoeing learning the basics of paddling a Canadian Canoe whilst soaking up the wonders of Poole Harbour, you will be learning some of those mystical bushcraft skills, on the way you will try you luck at foraging  for wild food for your evening meal, all of this and more with the help of one of our experienced instructors guiding your on your own voyages of discovery.

At your nights stop you will then build your shelter get the camp fire going and cook your evening meal. The evening will be spent telling those ritual campfire tales and preparing for the next part of your journey.

Early the next morning following a hearty breakfast you strike camp pack your canoes and make your way back to the centre.
