Programme

Once you have arrived and been welcomed to the centre your day will begin with a thorough safety briefing covering all aspects of the wall or cliff and the equipment you are to wear on the experience. Once briefed you’ll be ready to put the theory to the test! With your instructor’s guidance, you will have multiple attempts at abseiling down the face of the cliff. Abseiling is extremely rewarding because every descent improves your confidence, improving your skill and technique.

Under 18s must be accompanied by an appropriate adult

Rock Climbing, Coasteering and Mountaineering can all be high risk activities if not managed effectively,Harbour Challenge use only qualified and experienced guides and ensure they are all upto date with the latest procedures. However if you decide to do any of these activities on your own we strongly advise you to take proper instruction or to attain the appropriate training.
